EcoCALC.com is a trading name of eTrend Web Solutions Ltd. These are our terms of service – please feel free to seek clarifications and also see our privacy policy.

EcoCALC.com operates in good faith, sourcing products at the best price possible and selling them on to you, our client, at a good price. For this reason, we have limited resources which impacts on how we do business. We do not have a premises that the customer can visit, we have email customer support only, do not hold any/much stock, etc

We process our orders every day, so you should receive an order acknowledgement, invoice and/or receipt by email within 24 hours of your order being placed. If you do not, you must let us know to avoid delays in your order fulfilment

We declare our despatch dates on the sell page for each product and require information from you to achieve this - name, address and phone number and confirmation that the product purchased (description, variation and quantities) is recorded correctly. Please check your purchase acknowledgement/invoice/receipt to ensure we have these details for your order. Email customer support, if there are errors or omissions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but as we rely on others, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of these descriptions. If something is materially and significantly different than described, we are happy to accept a return and refund your payment

If you want to return an item, you must get a returns number form us first, or our fulfilment service will be unable to accept it

Returned faulty items will be replaced with the same or very similar product, if we have them available for replacement. Otherwise, we will refund your purchase in full, including delivery charges.

Returned non-faulty items will be returned at your expense and subject to a restocking charge of 10% of ordered product value plus our delivery costs. (We have delivery costs for all items, even if we have offered free packing and post)

On rare occasions we cannot source sufficient products to fulfil all our orders. If this arises, we will undertake to inform you in a timely manner and offer you a full refund

Should we fail to fulfil the order, or deliver a faulty product to you, our liability shall not exceed the value of your purchase – for example, we are not liable for repair costs, more expensive replacement costs, or other costs related to unfulfilled orders

We provide some basic product description and operation guidance for the products we sell. However, all this information is for guidance only, and should not be relied upon for anything other than informing your decision to buy. Detailed product information is available from the manufacturer or official distributor. We will assist you to identify these entities, by request

We are not responsible for accidents or injuries, to the person or otherwise, that are caused by the use or mis-use of the products we sell. If such an eventuality arises, please ask us to provide you with contact details for the manufacturer or official distributor of the particular product – offered as a gesture, without prejudice

These terms may change from time to time, in response to changes in the law, the trading environment and our experience. Please consult them each time you purchase from us
